Handling day to day activities in Q.A. Department.Responsible to carry out first piece inspection after heat-treatment process along with customer witness and approval for further process.Witnessing and monitoring the Heat-treatment process with our quality team.After heat-treatment process record, Updating and Ensuring about the internal Documentation as per Norms and witnessing the Hardness Testing and other mechanical and chemical tests if required.Maintain list of Equipment, Calibration reports and periodical tracking their timely calibration.Documentation of all inspection reports and Responsible for third party material testing and verification of test reports and also new development part inspection.Final part inspection and ensuring about all parts should be torque tested and dispatch to finish good.

Deployment the manpower & check the line balancing as per the speed.Planning the work force, staffs, line capacity to achieve the given production Targets.Planning of assembly tools, tooling & assembly procedures for new coming models.Circulating production loss report to the management on daily basis.Check the daily Audit (Pokayoke Audit, Manager Audit).Quality Inspection of Material.Check 1S 2S, Materialhandling.Identify unsafe Working conditions to improve them to make accidents zero.Responsible to prepare& maintain Jishu Hozen check sheet.Implementation of kaizen ideas.Ability to prepare Input process Output Document.
