 Responsible for end to end escalations management across all the products.  Preparation of various TAT Reports, Control Reports & MIS Reports. Quality Checking of Internal processes. planning and Controlling change to ensure that all the operational activities are executed well within TAT. Handling escalation and complaints pertaining to all sorts of operational issues PAN India. Ensuring compliance with IRDA directives and regulations. Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on the job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
