As a Human Resources Executive at FreshBox Media Pvt. Ltd, I contribute to the hiring and retention of talented and diverse employees for a leading digital marketing agency. I assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing job descriptions and posting ads on various portals, to screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and taking follow-ups. I also support the HR team with other tasks, such as employee engagement, performance appraisal, and policy implementation.Previously, I worked as a HR Recruiter Intern at Seven Group (India), where I gained valuable experience in recruiting for various industries, such as manufacturing, medical devices, PR, fashion, and corporate events. I handled the client requirements, sourced and screened potential candidates, and coordinated the interview process. I learned how to use different job portals, such as Shine, Naukri, and TimesJob, and how to communicate effectively with candidates and clients. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Maharashtra State Board, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
