My career experience and skills have developed from my childhood hobbies: writing, playing the doctor who wants to cure all illnesses, cooking and ofcourse spending summers with nani in the kitchen delighting on the aroma of spices and food. And that’s how I found a perfect course: Nutritionist and a Dietitian: which allows me to study the Human Body and the various illnesses in depth and become a functional practitioner and help people through food, diet, and proper exercises.I have a flair for writing and a strong hold on spoken and written English. I have my own blog on wordpress and can plan, write and create content on any given topic.Public speaking is my forte and I love owning the stage without any fear. I have good communication and inter-personal skills and thrive amongst people.I myself am a fitness freak and regularly go to gym and am into weight lifting. I have also run various marathons and have had podium finishes. Hence I know about the fitness industry first hand and can prepare diet plans for weight loss, weight gain and weight management efficiently along with providing knowledge about nutrition for optimum physical health and wellness.Teaching is my passion as is Biology and am intrigued by Human Body. Hence I followed my curiosity and gained a thorough knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology and I also take tuitions/classes. I have good Instruction and People Skills.City dweller who loves to travel, hike, trek, partake in outdoor activities and find new adventures along the way. My intellectual curiosity drives me to be a life-long learner whether it is through nature, people, books or plain observation. Hence I also like to engage in thoughtful conversations, group discussions and debates which help stimulate my mind and gain knowledge at the same time.
