As a passionate and dedicated Senior Behavior Therapist with over 4 years of hands-on experience, I am committed to making a meaningful impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I recently achieved my second Master's degree in Disability Studies, further enriching my knowledge and expertise.My primary responsibilities include applying evidence-based strategies in ABA, coaching parents, analyzing behavior data, and creating both Individualized Service Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans. Collaboration with other professionals is a cornerstone of my approach, ensuring comprehensive care and support for each individual.I began my journey with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from India, where I worked as a school psychologist for 6 years. During this time, I focused on the all-round well-being of students, providing psychological counseling services to teachers and parents. I also developed and implemented life skills workshops on crucial topics such as Adolescence Health and Hygiene, Body Shaming, and Preventing Child Abuse. One of my significant achievements was the publication of my research paper, “Effectiveness of Life Skills Education on Adolescents,” in the International Journal of Research in Education Methodology in June 2013.
