• Project title: Impact of NICE assessments on pricing and market access success• Part of the Thought Leadership Initiative in the Pricing and Market Access (P&MA) Division• Undertook intensive secondary research on the impact of NICE Single Technology Appraisals on pricing and market access success of pharmaceutical drugs in the UK and selected countries globally, and also select therapy areas. Was followed by primary research comprising interviews with key opinion leaders• Deliverables included a 10,000 academic report and use of recommendations at the annual IMS P&MA conference to help shape future pharmaceutical commercial strategy

My responsibilities included: • Chairing Student Union (SU) Committee meetings • Chairing SU Open meetings for all college members • Standardising protocols for regular functioning of the SU through ongoing assessment of the SU Constitution • Delegating tasks and co-ordinating on campaigns run by different Committee members such as the Entertainment Officer, Green Officer, Welfare Officer, Food Officer, Sports Officer etc • Overseeing the finances of the SU • Planning and executing events to raise College profile • Attending Governing Body meetings to discuss College strategy and represent views of the student body to senior College Fellows • Acting as a liaison between Lucy Cavendish College and the Cambridge University Student Union (CUSU) • Serving as a first point of contact for support and advice to College students

Primary research comprised interviews with private insurance companies, employers, foundations and physician groups.• Working in a team of 4, presented recommendations and delivered an action plan to client including the CEO in just under 8 weeks
