Organization While achieving environmental sustainability, I communicated with growers on crop productivity, resource utilisation, pest and disease management, and production economics. To create a successful Agriculture extension service, I organised and performed training sessions, Field Days, and Demonstrations. Management of a project Farmers and their families were educated on topics such as good farming techniques, resource development, on-farm food safety, and integrated pest management of plantation and field crops. Technical reports, impact assessment reports, and case studies were written and submitted.
