I am Dishita Singh, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate. After completing my degree, I prepared for the UPSC CSE to join the Indian Administrative Services, driven by my desire to create a meaningful impact through my work. Although I learned a lot about our country, the world, and myself during my UPSC preparation, I decided to pivot into public policy after a few attempts.Currently I am serving as a Deputy Director in the community engagement team at Climate Cadets Collective. Also, I am working on my White paper on India's growth story and assessing whether it is jobless or not.Also, I have interned with the Global Governance Initiative in their Impact Lab Young Leaders Program. During my internship, I worked on a project about smart cities, solved critical policy problems, and gained valuable insights from industry leaders.I have always been an academically bright student, receiving awards from the Rajasthan government in both 10th and 12th standards. I am highly motivated, ambitious, and hardworking girl. I enjoy reading non-fiction novels and have a keen interest in yoga and meditation, which help me stay balanced and focused.I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities in the public policy sector to contribute to meaningful change.
