I support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures, and in delivering high-quality service to the staff and guests. I am also proficient in financial reporting, decision-making, and business management, skills that I have developed through my previous roles as a Guest Service Agent at Deerhurst Resort and a Counter Staff at Tim Hortons, as well as through my ongoing education at Georgian College. I am pursuing a Diploma of Education in Business/Commerce, with the goal of becoming a certified HR professional and advancing my career.
