I decided to get into the hospitality and aviation field driven with the passion as the primary purpose thus adapting very well on this field . My experience in customer-service field, has made me meet people from all walks of life- this has implanted in me a great sense of understanding our beautiful complexities of humanity all joined at the apex with our vast diversity. I have engaged with customers and guests from all social cadres with balanced curiosity, empathy and passion.I am also a great team-player who listens with concern and tolerance. My amiable and bubbly personality has been a plus to me giving excellent customer service experiences. In addition,I have also undertaken several on-job trainings which have improved my expertise in customer-service field. Nevertheless,I have gone over and above the expectations set in my scope of work. I have consistently honed the craft of good command of English language-written and verbal- which has subsequently help improve my customer service skills.
