• Greet customers, assist with inquiries.• Obtain customer information to open new accounts.• Process credit check to determine deposit amount when needed.• Enter customer demographic information, verify residence information.• Create work orders for new services or repairs.• Generate invoices and schedule service.• Operate computer and manual cash register to complete sales transactions.

• Coordinate visit schedule for all field staff by matching patients with Allied health professionals.• Assist with payroll preparation as directed by Office Manager – using ADP. • Complete projects/assignments within specific timetables - such as invoicing and matching timesheets with patient record on file.• Attain goals as set forth in the annual performance evaluation.• Credentialing of all staff to ensure proper licensure, vaccinations etc.• Adhere to HIPPA compliance guidelines.

• Manage mail, file documents, scan checks into the computer.• Create daily deposit for bank.• Post payments to accounts per EOB.• Balance and resolve any discrepancies.
