My primary responsibility as a Support Manager at Docsolid.com is to provide and coordinate support to the customers reported via phone and website. I provide a first response to all requests and escalates and routes issues to appropriate staff or consultants as necessary

Software Test Engineer (e.g. STLC, functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, etc.), create software testing artifacts as Test Scripts, Test plan, test cases, defect report, etc., using testing tools as Visual Studio or TFS for defect tracking, test management. Apply black box (functional, regression) test, verification and validations of software, decision table testing, state transition testing, use case testing. Report defects with the appropriate format and information. Identify critical defects and associate them with the corresponding requirement. Create complex test scenarios.

Apply black box tests, verifications and validations of software. Set up and document test cases. Generate and maintain a detailed set of test documents and manuals for testing the entire system through the user interface. Customer service, maintenance and support of various applications. Support in the development and maintenance of software.
