Ability to work independently; to handle various legal issues from retainer through trial and to conclusion post-trial; able to coordinate a complex calendar to meet all deadlines in a timely fashion; ability to write complex papers to solidify the client’s position and to present oral argument championing the position taken; ability to work with colleagues and their client’s as needed; and ability to meet all aspects of maintaining an office. Since April 2009 I have been working as the sole attorney at Glenn Milgraum, P.C., maintaining offices in Cedar Grove, New Jersey and Staten Island, New York. As the School Coordinator and Founder of the Cornerstone School of Real Estate, Ltd. (September 2001 –December 2009) handled all administration and management of the school, licensed by New York State, Department of State. Created curriculum, supervised instructors and reviewed instructional materials. Taught pre-licensing, licensing and continuing education courses for Real Estate professionals. As an instructor at New York Real Estate Institute (January 1995 – February 2001) taught Pre-licensing and Post-licensing classes in the Laws of Contracts, Licensing Law, Agency, Liens, Easements, Deeds, Ethics, Land Use Regulations, Environmental Law, Leases, General Business Law, and Mortgage Brokerage.
