I started my career in legal recruitment. Was promoted to branch manager of Lawstaff the Legal Recruitment division where I managed both the support and professional divisions. I was then promoted to the role of Product Specialist for Legal Recruitment nationally which involved the recruitment of interstate legal recruiters as well as ensuring consistency of service delivery nationally.
