I led a team of developers and engineers who were focused on building and running technical operations for AirAsia portfolio products. Our portfolio products covered mobile, e-commerce, platform API's and platform integration, and were responsible for serving millions of customers and hundreds of millions in revenue annually.

I was elected a council member of MNCC in 2009.

I represented the Malaysian National Confederation Council (MNCC) on the national technical standards body Technical Committee for E-Commerce (TC4).Worked with local and international experts and provided technical analysis on the OpenDocument Format and Office OpenXML during standards development process.Introduced ISO 32000-1:2008 (Portal Document Format - PDF) to be adopted as a Malaysian Standard.

Responsible for leading the development of the web based telco-grade telephony billing, provisioning and reporting products, including guiding the team through the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to analysis and design, through development, instrumentation & testing and deployment.The products were successfully delivered to telecommunication companies and service providers in the region.
