i) lead to develop questionnaire, planning framework and logistics, train data collectors, collect data, edit data (hard copies), format SPSS form, enter data, clean data, analyze data, and report writings. Relevant Researches: Education Loan, Competition Matrix Survey, Exchange Rate behavior, SME Loan, Fluctuation of Growth, Child Baseline Survey (Women, Parents and Children), Client Impact Survey, Client Satisfaction Survey (clients & non-clients), Staff Satisfaction Survey, Exit Survey and New Area Study (Kratie, Stoeung Treng, Svay Rieng and Pursat provinces); ii) conduct research on the desk on competition, e.g. banks and MFIs interest rates, loan size, other criteria for loans and savings; iii) involve to recruit new staff for research field and Children Trainer (both temporary and permanent);iv) involve to develop new products and services.

Relevant Researches: Client profile, Exit client, Client Awareness, Depth of Outreach, Staff Satisfaction Survey and Microfinance for Decent Work: Financial Education – baseline, follow-up and End Line surveys (cooperated with ILO) ii) attending trainings or short courses iii) Translating reports and internal papers from English into Khmer or vice versa.
