- Handle Account Payable for SEA- Day to day invoice recording and weekly review payment run- Monthly vendor reconciliation- Day to day interaction with accounting team and other internal support teams location throughout SEA- Monthly aging report to AP manager/Finance Manager- Make a good relationship with vendor

- Handle AP, receiving invoices from vendor, make a good communication with vendor, make sure that invoices already completeness and same with quotation and PO and make journal coding to input in system- Monitoring for every GL, tax and cost center on PO- Ensure that invoice doc had posted correctly on system- Seasonal Project : Fix Asset counting (make sure that all fix asset that registered still kept and use by user, make sure all asset have tagging number, propose disposal fix asset if NV already zero)- Make a resume report of sample from marketing for reporting to finance director

- Handle petty cash, make petty cash report to assistant manager everyday, ensure that petty cash not outstanding more than 7 days- Handle AP, receiving invoice from vendor and ensure for completeness of invoice, make a weekly payment to vendor that already approved by project manager- Make sure that payment was base on contract and pay as scheduled- Handle and remark monthly time deposit in bank account- input journal to the software Accpacc for every expense and income (GL, AP, AR)

- Input Tax Invoice Base on Period- Calculate VAT IN per Period
