• My responsibility included participating in feature teams to assist in delivering quality products to the Product Owners. • Collaborated with business analysts, developers and Scrum Masters/Iteration Managers to ensure that performance requirements are understood and where these performance criteria are not present. • Clearly articulate performance issues • Execute Performance testing activities in accordance to processes and performance guidelines so as to identify defects / performance concerns in projects. • Translate business/functional requirements into performance requirements. Create workload profiles inline to low sized performance test environments. Determine the correct tools for testing for an agile team. • Define and execute performance test strategies. • Validation of performance requirements and end user response time SLAs • Identify performance test data requirements, validate and manage data creation. • Simulate end user behavior with various load profiles on different technology stacks. • Performance monitoring and analysis of different technologies stacks and performance analysis • Benchmark system performance at different tiers in N-tier architecture • Single user performance tests in Dev/ CIT environment (performance profiling) • Maintain performance testing tools. • Support failover testing • Performance test result analysis / RCA of performance issues and provide recommendations to fine tune performance. • Deep dive analysis performance issues using built in and performance engineering tools (AppDynamics ) • Performance Impact assessment of change requests and performance defect management • Performance test status reporting • Prepare detailed performance test reports.

• Monthly Calypso Releases This involved working on the new features, product enhancements going into the Calypso production environment. In between the calypso builds projects I also work on projects or new product implementations that would eventually become part of the calypso builds testing space.
