Call CenterSPECIAL PROJECTS- Project Manager App v2.0 launched Jan 2021, collaborated with overseas software developers to achieve COMPATIBILITY 78% all car types and reduced 73% DOWNTIME.- Successfully executed CEP initiatives to ensure survival during Covid by negotiating 25-40% reduction of parking costs (2020-2022) with all locations, ran “Fully sanitized cars” campaign to convey as the safest transportation medium, resulted in only 15.9% REV dip while maintaining 67,7% UTILIZATION during Covid.- Launched SC in Bali start 2022, at various hotels, malls in Kuta, Seminyak and the Airport. Within 3 months, achieved AVG REV IDR 3.87 mio/car and 39.19% UTILIZATION, despite ruthless car rental competition and Bali still recovering from Covid.- Outsourced non-core operations (vehicle inspection and clean up) at >90 locations across JABODETABEK (6.437 km² of land mass to cover), resulted in 59% OPEX reduction while increasing AVG inspections by 32%ACHIEVEMENTS- Business Growth: established partnerships with local major retail chains (Lottemart, Indogrosir, Ramayana, Transmart) as dedicated locations. ASSA Rent is the market leader in B2B Car Rental in Indonesia with nationwide operations with fleet of > 25.000 cars.Responsible for coordinating the following Fleet Management functions:1. New Fleet Procurement, 2. Mature Fleet Disposal, 3. Vehicle Preparation and Distributions, to support all ASSA business lines such as Shuttle Services, Logistics, Short Term & Long Term Rentals and Truck/Heavy Duty Rentals in JakartaACHIEVEMENTS- Successfully developed and implemented a simple custom-made QR Code-based vehicle inventory system. The system designed to be backward compatible with legacy technologies with accesible only via a web browser on a low end smartphone. Responsible for Fleet Management & Maintenance, of all vehicles spread across countless remote islands and wide coverage area in Sulawesi Region (9 Provinces under my lead) that includes: Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku and West Papua islands of Indonesia.ACHIEMENTS:- Within only 3 months on the job, created and successfully implemented a centralised monitoring system easily accessible to all personnels located in both mainland Sulawesi and its surrounding remote islands of East Indonesian region using a combination of custom Scripts and Google Sheets. This innovation allows for real time information exchange of progress reports and quick problem resolutions that previously had been the cause for delayed projects in remote areas and islands due to communication difficulties.

Stationed in Riau to West Sumatra regions that are well known for having negative economic growth and difficulties in sustaining profitability due to high overheads, closed and self regulated local markets and diminishing foresty industry due to illegal logging. Car Workshop Partnership & Development ACHIEVEMENTS:- Successfully transformed After Sales Department from a consistently low ranked of nationwide 17 branches based on overheads, insurance claim ratio, number of complaints resolved and vehicle idle time, into consistently top three nationally within 6 months through training and reeducation of internal teams.- Within 2 years I have successfully support the growth of the Pekanbaru Branch to from lower ranked C-class Branch into a B-class and increase its customer base and revenues by two fold despite operating in a very slow and difficult market.
