Ditta is a passionate social entrepreneur, policy developer, and educator dedicated to fostering social change and innovation. With extensive experience collaborating with both international and national organisations, she focuses on promoting youth engagement, Global Education, human rights, and social innovation. Currently, she serves as Head of Support and Innovation at GENE - Global Education Network Europe, leading dialogues with key stakeholders in Global Education. Her leadership extends to her role as Chair of the Board for the Masterpeace Foundation. Ditta has previously held the position of Director at the Brazilian NGO, University of Youth, and has played a significant role as a consultant in shaping youth strategies for organisations like UNDP and UNV, as well as regional and local governments in Brazil.A member of various networks, including the Nexus Youth Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship Network, Ditta is a great connector engaged in social transformation. She also contributed to promoting Global Education and learning through her work at the Network University Foundation and the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam and is multilingual, speaking Slovak, Czech, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Ditta's diverse experiences, having grown up in Bratislava and worked across several countries, enrich her perspectives on global issues.
