This education taught me to use my senses and pay attention to details to fully understand and enjoy high quality food and wine.Previously I have worked as a waitress at several popular restaurants in Copenhagen. I have had positions as team leader and assistant floor manager. I thrive in a busy work environment. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Management from Copenhagen Business Academy. I have learned a lot about good service design, operation management, and business development. I am well familiar with product/process optimization, diverse leadership and hospitality industry managerial accounting.At my current position, I work as a marketing assistant and coordinator for a popular wine and spirit company.
