Hi all - I'm Ditte 😀JYSKIn my current role I’m driving the sustainability agenda in JYSK where I’m employeed as their Sustainability Director. I started 1st of December 2023 and will share more soon. If you can’t wait then text me for an update 🎈DANISH CROWNIn my previous role at Danish Crown I was heading up a team of approximately 10 people working with a broad range of tasks from generating market insights, performing consumer tests to developing the future formats of our industry here commercializing sustainability is an important value lever which I’m spearheading the development of. Additionally, the work with our innovation strategy and process is also sitting with my team. In that position I was a part of the leadership team in Global Categories, Marketing & Innovation. The leadership part of my job is truly motivating for me I strive when I see people around me growing and developing and playing a small part in that is often what puts a smile on my face when I drive home from work. Since 2022 I have been a part of Danish Crowns High Potentials Leadership program and one of the key aspects of this program is the continued focus on building and developing my leadership toolbox. I’m a true generalist and find myself being motivated by stepping into difficult tasks and challenges to understand how I can best deploy my toolbox and I have been the project manager of numerous interesting projects across both Danish Crown and our value chain. During my career I have worked in various parts of the value chain, production, finance, sales and currently marketing but the shared keywords have always been business development, strategy definition and follow up and last but not least direct and indirect leadership. Privately I'm living in Aarhus with my husband and my Twin boys from 2017 with whom I love to experience the world around us.
