Responsible for 6 employees in our export sales department. One of my main tasks as manager were to ensure a smooth cooperation and good understanding for cross-organizational work tasks. This was very important in relation to a change in the organisational structure at SKIOLD A/S and intensified focus on digitalisation and standardisation of work flows.Management of project sales orders to foreign countries, i.e. China, Vietnam, Australia and Ukraine. Sales order registration, project planning, engineering, project sales calculation, sales contracts, coordination with logistics, control of shipping documents, cash-flow follow-up, project finalisation.Sales-/marketing assistance .

Planning, engineering of process equipment for animal feeding and ventilation. Registration of quotations and sales orders. Coordination with logistics and shipping department. Control of credit insurance policies.

I am a good listener and I like to give a helping hand, whenever I can. I am good at explaining complicated matters in an easy and simple way. Perhaps that is why, I was given the opportunity to test my skills as a teacher at a local private school. Working as a teacher gave me a good understanding of how to get catch children's attention and personally motivate them to learn.

After having had my last child, I felt it was time to challenge myself as a store owner with children's clothes. To be honest, it never became a succes but gave me a lot of precious time with my children, when they needed me the most.
