My role as consultant entails that I advice on matters related to Business Continuity Management. My responsibility is to assist in the development of a Business Continuity Management software tool.

As an intern at Human Risks I had the responsibility to assist in the management of a Business Continuity Management software development project. My main tasks in this project was:- Project management- Sharing of academic knowledge in Business Continuity Management - Development of wireframes for Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans

During my time at Holo, I have led a lot of different projects within the operational and educational field. My responsibilities have been multifaceted and ranged from development to implementation and evaluation. The common theme for most of my work is that I have primarily been focused on the area of Crisis and Risk Management. Some of my responsibilities include:- Building a training and education program for the safety drivers, as well as maintaining it.- Building a crisis management organization to handle all kind of incidents.- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures in relation to Crisis Management.- Building a safety culture within the organization. - Planning and conducting exercises in relation to Crisis Management.- Developing a compliance system. - Establishing the Occupational Health and Safety organization.

HealthDrone is a three-year Danish innovation project, whose aim is to develop and test HealthDrones to transport patient samples, medicine and medical equipment between hospital units, medical practices and home-visiting nurses. During the internship I was responsible for starting and structuring risk management in the Healthdrone project. The tasks included development af standard operating procedures, training and qualifications and contingency planning.

During my time at the Danish Defence, I developed a lot of skills which I still use in my work life today. They have become a great part of the values and principles I carry with me every day. The most important things I have learned and become good at, is the ability to work in a structured way that ensure everything is carefully considered, even if the situation escalates. Likewise, the ability to use the resources available and show that a leader can be a team player who shows the direction.
