From organizing data driven knowledge sharing, information reporting, and developing the supporting teams in community management skills, to ensuring that all community personnel have the relevant abilities and knowledge to perform at the highest level. I partner with our software provider to ensure that the platform remain relevant to Sonos and the community, and that we can implement and optimize new features as they are released, to increase engagement and traffic.I lead a team of highly motivated individuals, ensuring their development in community management, and their unique talents.
