- Sample and audit moderation queues: more than 8000 samplings per month with accuracy >95%.- Respond to Moderator's appealed cases, final round arbitrator of the appeal process with no expired case over the last 6 month.- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify implementation misalignments and prevent bad cases via WBR.- Do calibration weekly to update Moderation team performance, discuss about the grey cases and usage of the policy to keep team's quality on track.- Join alignment discussion for Helo market, create no-gap environment between Policy side and Moderation team by analyzing the unique feature of the market.- Provide training, coaching for new joiners.- Make weekly, monthly report about team's accuracy and other related issue reports.- Communicate with BPO and Partnership, Policy team to discuss about their issue/concern and support them to achieve business success via our platform.

- Responsible for monitoring international short video content quality to ensure community ecological security.- Thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary first point escalation.- Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation's needs.- Working in shifts to support business demand.
