• Coordinated the concept of the 30/XXXI/2020 edition of NOVUM Magazine along with Editor in Chief.• Held presentation, discussion, and brainstorm with 42 members of Lembaga Pers Mahasiswa NOVUM on the national issues as a democratic process to determine the theme of NOVUM Magazine.• Headed 44 writers and reporters in the production of content for the magazine. • Conducted interviews and interacted with 20+ sources from various backgrounds including government officials.• Analyzed and checked all facts from 30+ articles to maintain a high standard of journalistic integrity, and used KBBI and PUEBI to make accurate changes and comply with the ideal structure. • Collaborated with 5 members of layout team to create layouts and images for the magazine. • Managed to bring The 30/XXXI/2020 edition of NOVUM Magazine to be a Gold Winner the Best of Java Magazine in Indonesia Students Prints Media Award (ISPRIMA) 2021 by SPS (Serikat Perusahaan Pers). • Awarded as a Most Diligent Redaction Department and a Most NOVUM Head of Division 2020/2021.
