  Responsible for design of concept assembly drawings for fine blanking compound, progressive, combination & transfer tools as per the part and reviewing with team leader and preparing details manufacturing drawing with GD & T and manufacturing methodology suggestion for manufacturing tool with high precision and cost effective.Designing of Inspection Gauges for fine blanked pars.Designing of fine blanking press ring insert and special ring inserts wit additional hydraulics system.Preparing of Strip layouts for costing works.preparing of wire cut blank manufacturing drawing. Involving in fine blanking tool trials and preparing tool tryout forms and troubleshooting the problems while taking trial.Working with cross functional teams to design tools with high efficiency and troubleshooting of tools which is under development.Implemented design improvements and to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.By taking part in tool trials got good knowledge on hydraulic fein tool fine blanking presses and press setting perameters.Used additional hydraulics and gas springs in fine blanking tool design to achieve part specifications.Taking part in feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate design concepts and mitigate potential challenges.
