Designing special purpose machines (SPMs) based on project requirements, including conceptual design, detailed engineering, and drafting using CAD software (like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo etc.).Creating technical specifications and documentation for SPMs, considering functional requirements, performance criteria, and compliance standards.Knowledge on standards components for machine – motors / cylinders / actuators.Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of SPM designs and prototypes .Working closely with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, automation specialists, and manufacturing experts to integrate mechanical designs with overall system requirements.Working in accordance the Project Manager for Scheduling an activity of department in view of teamwork achievement.Planning of Project & Controlling of Project.

Design process tools, fixtures, and jigs including creating preliminary design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.Drawing details to include section views, tolerance analysis, and GD&T specification to standards.Creating full assembly drawings to include B.O.M.Create cost-saving design modifications while adding ease of assembly for manufacturingEngaging in all phases of new fixture development concept, documentation, design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembly methods, inspection methods, supplier interfaces and customer fixture service support.Technical troubleshooting in hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical fixture and troubleshooting in hydraulic circuit issues.Preparing and maintaining technical drawings for client review.Implementation of revisions for all existing drawings.Formulated engineering specifications and resolve technical issues.Analyzing special applications and creating manufacturing designs.Providing assistance for production and in purchasing areas.Maintaining technical documentation of assembly drawings. Resolving engineering problems and developing in 3D models.
