Current• Managing Hiring across our international offices .USA ,UK ,APAC ,Africa ,Middle east .• Responsible for C-level Stake holders and Team management ,International operations and Talent Acquisition for Key Sales roles across organization .• Partner with Hiring Managers to educate on talent availability and advise on recruiting strategies• Effective stakeholder management and proactive communication• Sourcing technology/Sales talent through a variety of methods including… Show more • Managing Hiring across our international offices .USA ,UK ,APAC ,Africa ,Middle east .• Responsible for C-level Stake holders and Team management ,International operations and Talent Acquisition for Key Sales roles across organization .• Partner with Hiring Managers to educate on talent availability and advise on recruiting strategies• Effective stakeholder management and proactive communication• Sourcing technology/Sales talent through a variety of methods including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping.• Screening resumes to determine preliminary matches and conducting phone and/or video conference interviews to qualify candidates• Making recommendations to hiring managers on candidate shortlist.• Ensuring all candidates are entered and moved through the process in the applicant tracking system.• Initiating interview scheduling using the applicant tracking system which engages our Recruiting Operations team to schedule the interview• Posting open positions on external internet sites and our internal website.• Communicating recruiting status to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Leaders• Ensuring the candidate and customer experience is positive and seamless, ensuring no candidate is left without communication• Engaging other specialist HR teams engaged in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation and onboarding in a timely manner• Strong understanding of both non-technical and technical roles and their specific requirements.• Finding and converting top prospects within industry competitors and converting them to Employees of Newgen • Acting as a brand ambassador for Newgen .• Managing all aspects for the external vendors involved in hiring process.• Hiring aggressively for Account executives, Business development manager ,Regional Sales managers and Software developers for all the international offices for Newgen Show less
