Leading the Center of Excellence Team:In my role, I lead part of a dynamic Center of Excellence team dedicated to both financial and non-financial analysis and reporting. This centralized expertise serves as a pivotal hub within the organization. My responsibilities encompass the management of both recurring and ad hoc reporting activities, as well as providing insightful analysis to support the Group and its Business Units. This analysis aids our clients in assessing their business performance, enabling them to concentrate on their core areas of operation and enhance shareholder value.Monthly and Quarterly Business Review:Accountable for ensuring the timely delivery of the Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, which are subsequently presented to the CFO's office, Group President, and the Company CEO. I also oversee automation initiatives aimed at improving report accuracy and reducing turnaround times. This strategic approach has not only increased the precision of our reports but has also optimized resource efficiency.

Lead and Involved in the clients cash sustainance programme since it's initialisation.Activities involved were to manage the programmes performance through creating reports which captured the financial impact, organization wise people involvement in the programme , variances against the target.Associated with setting up the target in the year beginning and cascading the same from the Group to its Business units and further to the locations, deep dive analysis on how the Groups, Business units and the locations performed along with the market wise performance. Responsibilities also included controlling the accuracy of the information which involved Data Analysis. Interacting with the spocs who represent the end user of the web application and worked with the technical team on making the application which captured the programmes information function better, make it more user friendly and make the data more accessable for their internal review.
