Responsibilities:• Led a direct team of 6 employees and managed the Altis operation with over 200 people.Altis Initiative:• Altis was established as a third-sector organization to export IT services from Bahia, initially funded by the State in exchange for offshore service demands from IBM.• As an Associate Director, I participated in the creation, structuring, and operation of Altis.• Led the Altis operation from its inception in 2006 until 2012.SACS Projects:Primarily focused on clients in engineering, construction, oil & gas, and retail sectors.• Business process improvement and optimization using BPM for Marisa Lojas and HSBC Bank.• Implementation and software development projects for Contractors and Consortia.• Feasibility project for new UOL data centers, generating savings of over $10 million.• Developed the first app connected to an IoT device for C&A, in partnership with Avery Dennison, a global manufacturer of RFID tags.• C&A improved price markup accuracy from less than 70% to 99.5%.• Established the Salesforce Business Unit for the YKP Group.Results:• Generated over 250 direct and more than 1,000 indirect jobs in the State of Bahia.• Exported over $30 million in Altis’ first four years.• Altis earned more than R$ 20 million in locally contracted services from clients in Brazil.• Exported services to up to nine countries across three continents.• Delivered over R$ 60 million in payback to clients through projects executed by SACS.• Secured YKP Group’s first five Salesforce customers with successful implementations.
