Duties-I was asked to assist with the obtaining of an Emergency services license for the company and to assist with registration with the Board of Healthcare providers. -I was also tasked with helping to set up a Helicopter emergency Services operationwhich was started and handed over to another provider prior to thestart of the service. -I am currently the operations manager of the Lenmed Zamokhule site and ensure that all stock is ordered on time and ensure that all needed activities are done throughout the months.-I am responsible for ensuring that an activity report is given to the Lenmed group to show what improvements needs to be done and this includes recommendations from an operational level toensure sufficient service is given to the public.

Duties-I was the shift manager and operational paramedic, I was required to manage all ambulance staff on my shift-And I ensured that they and the vehicle they worked on was ready and operational. -With regard to patient care I was required to treat patients at an Advance level of care and to the need interventions on scene to ensure that patient where stable enough for transport to hospital. -I predominantly treated critically ill and or injured patients that required advanced interventions to assist with stabilization of patient conditions. -In this role I had also been able to work on the Rotary wing service and the fixed wing service.

With the fixed wing aircraft, we were often tasked to evacuate patients from African countries andrepatriate them to South Africa. -I completed around 300 Flying hours in this regard.
