• Allocation of stock for fulfillment of orders on warehouse management system • Inventory control on bulk stock areas and management of trend based pick faces • Allocating orders to pickers handheld scanners • Dispatching of complete orders • Inventory control ,inventory reports and maintaining accurate inventory levels • Coordinating the movements of shipments and freight transport • Delivery and shipping confirmations • Dividing out work assignments ,monitoring job progress ,entering and analyzing critical data • Weekly cycle count, stock take and stock adjustments on warehouse management system • Stock adjustments on physical and systematic discrepancies• Colour and size discrepancy investigations • Movement reports on inventory that cannot be found • Inventory accuracy checks Prioritizing and PlanningPrioritizing retail, replenishment and independent customer orders Analyzing workflow reports adjacent to order deadlines Streamlining workflow processes Creating of standard operating procedures to ensure quick order processing Perpetual analysis in finding bottleneck areas and identifying alternative solutions to increase efficiencyPre planning picking waves according to customer order demands Planning picking layouts according to individual brand requirements for example: single order picking, bulk picking, zone picking, vertical or horizontal pick face picking

Supervising inbound team with following duties:• Receiving of international shipments consisting of high value clothing & luggage brands and accessories (Guess, Forever New, Aldo, CIS, Karen Millen, Steve Madden, Women’s Secret, Frasers, Travelite, Tumi, Kipling etc.)• Processing of stock (Comparing to shipping documents and quality standards)• Integrating consignments into the warehouse management system intake (AdOr)• Stock adjustments • Cycle counts• Stock taking
