This research commission is going to be delivered as a part of a webinar series jointly hosted by Wellcome and the World Economic Forum to the Chief Executive audience.• Received grant funding of up to £35,000 (~IDR 660 Mio) from Wellcome Trust to conduct a systematic review to examine the evidence behind how boundary management can help preserve start-up teleworkers' work-life balance.• Conducted a literature review of >25 articles on boundary management and wrote a research paper.• Conducted focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with 3 start-ups' upper management and 3 experts in industrial and organizational psychology.• Monitored a team consisting of 3 research assistants and 5 research consultants in writing the research paper.
