• Implement and monitor adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, NEOM standards, and Saudi Arabian food safety laws.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly and weekly reports to the head office.
• Deliver comprehensive training on HACCP principles, CCPs, PRPs, GHPs, and health and safety topics to ensure complete employee understanding.

Saudi Arabia

• In charge of ensuring overall hygiene and food safety activities in Saudi Arabia's western province's hypermarkets and warehouses (8 Hypermarkets & 1 warehouse).
• Develops and implements food safety plans, programs, and procedures such as ISO 22000, HACCP, and SOPs.
• Coordination with an outside lab for food testing.
• Ensure that the food safety policy adheres to HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally
• Conducts Internal Audits and submit related reports.
• Identifies food safety hazards and proposing corrective & preventive actions and follow up implementation.

Pollachi

• Implement, monitor, and take corrective actions on PRP`s, OPRP`s & CCP'S in our manufacturing units.
• Quality checking of incoming raw materials used for production.
• Physiochemical Parameters to be analyzed in the SFG & Finished Goods & also a member of Sensory Panel of Members who give final approval to the finished products.
• Monitor & check personal hygiene condition & working habits of staffs
• Training and supervision of employees regarding GMP’s and GHP’s. Updating of all QA/QC documents
