As part of my role in the Digital and Collaboration Solutions team, I have delivered numerous key transformational projects to support strategic goals. This includes, but is not limited to, streamlining, and automating core business processes for the Spanish Legal Entity Control team. A project which entailed developing 7 Alteryx solutions and was recognised with multiple awards namely, the highest number of monthly hours saved at 80 hours per month. In addition to this, I have enabled stakeholders to visualise their data by creating Tableau dashboards, to interpret data into meaningful insights and enhance Management Information reporting. I have also played an integral part in supporting the firm collaborate effectively by establishing a Confluence Centre of Excellence and re-engineering the operating committee-1 (OC-1) new hire request workflow on Signavio. Furthermore, I facilitated learning by designing and developing the curriculum for Confluence training which over 1000 global users have enrolled themselves on to. During my time in this position, I have been responsible for:• Collaborating with stakeholders to interpret their business requirements and identify which technology can be used to deliver bespoke solutions • Appropriately adopting an Agile approach to execute projects• Providing end-to-end solutions consisting of identification of business requirements, building the output, conducting developer testing, passing on for user acceptance testing and moving the solution into the production environment• Conducting post implementation activities such as, managing end user experience and providing training & ongoing support• Acting as a digital native to support the change management process and encourage new ways of working• Establishing and maintaining external vendor relationships to expand the digital and collaboration solutions teams understanding of all the possibilities the tool has to offer so these can be leveraged internally

Responsible for reporting both profit & loss (P&L), and risk to the Government Bonds trading desk and conducting daily and monthly reconciliation against the general ledger.· Producing daily P&L reporting to highlight key income movements and business drivers across Bonds, Repos, Swaps and FX instruments· Leading the analysis of controls checks in adherence to processes and policies, providing recommendations on control weaknesses· Creating new statistical and trend analysis techniques for the desk head and CEM Business Management to review intraday and clean P&L· Reconciled all new trading activity against predetermined thresholds, highlighting any breaches for desk head review and implementing improvements to the process· Conducting user acceptance testing for the P&L aggregator tool to take into account bank holidays and collaborating with developers to update calculations and logics

Drove the business strategy and growth of J.P. Morgan’s M&A business in EMEA with an annual P&L responsibility of £500mm. I supported the heads of EMEA M&A and Global Head of M&A.· Developing and managing the M&A strategy/plan and targeted client initiatives to increase the firm’s value proposition, retain clients and develop new business· Leading the forecast planning session with the EMEA Co-Heads of M&A to set and revise forecasts· Executing the ongoing client prioritization strategy and advised senior management, including the Global Head of M&A and EMEA CEO of Investment Banking, on performance on a weekly basis· Helping to maintain J.P. Morgan’s position in the league tables by preserving a first-class relationship with market data providers and challenge other banks’ wallet/ fees· Conducting end user experience testing on Dealworks, a tool to track the lifecycle of a deal, and on Dash, an application used to store client information
