• Receive the case report, triage, review, case processing, QC, Discovery and case closure.
• Perform data entry for tracking and safety database, coding relevant medical terminology, writing descript narratives, generating queries pertinent to the case.
• Processed wide variety of cases includes: serious adverse events (SAE), SUSAR, HEPATIC, overdose and INR.
• Generating queries and communicating with sites and CRA’s regarding queries.
• Review and QC cases with high quality standards.
• Track reportable cases and report to regulatory authorities, ethics committees, institutional review boards, and investigators within timelines and in a format compatible to requirements.

Bangalore

• Responsible for sending initial notification e-mails to sites on receipt of an endpoint.
• Involved in follow-up with sites for relevant source documents, tracking of documents received, sending for translation, extraction of translated documents, and preparation of dossiers (first level review).
• Involved in submission of dossiers to the adjudication committee after second level review.
• Liaised with internal and external customers.
