I am currently completing an internship at Rapture Biotech in the field of "In-Silico Pharmacology for drug design and development." I am currently engaged in a project that involves the use of tools such as Autodock to conduct molecular docking in order to identify potential therapeutics for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The project focuses on genes in the mTOR pathway and will eventually progress to molecular dynamics simulations. Additionally, acquiring proficiency in R and Python to facilitate advanced data analysis and modeling in the field of bioinformatics.
