Responsible for Pupil's technology department, delivery and engineering management that platforms artificial intelligence to capture 3D information about real world interiors.

Responsible for software strategy, delivery and operation at Verv that platforms artificial intelligence to energy disaggregate appliances within a domestic home. Working closely with the CTO, to ensure software and AI solutions integrates seamlessly with embedded systems (operating systems) and hardware. Verv has the one of the best in class technical architectures and has been awarded for its product delivery and value it presents. Our software teams range from in house frontend, backend and AI, and off-shore teams to deliver successful high quality software in a timely manner. This has been achieved through different software development approaches including waterfall, Kanban and agile scrum. Working in an agile environment for NowTV's core backend team serving APIs to all clients, working with the business to build and deliver new features and adding resliency measures to cater for NowTV's large customer base.Key responsibilities include:• Facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders to capture requirements and accomplish project deliverables• Translate complex user requirements into clear BDD user stories • E2E delivery of projects from business ideas to managing technical implementation to users including covering non functional requirements• Defining API specification• Prepare pre-planning/planning sessions for weekly sprints • Running stand-ups and retrospectives• Be a constant source of product information, platform's capabilities and direction for the team• Handling relationships with 3rd parties – both internal and external to Now TV

Selected 1 of 12 candidates out of a pool of more than 800 applicants, for the 2014 Sky Technology Graduate Programme consisting of four rotations across Sky's major businesses. The rotational programme geared towards working in different roles from software development, engineering design, analysis, testing and project management. Roles and sectors of Sky's business experienced on the Graduate programme: - NowTV, Business Analyst. Major responsibilities includes writing user stories for our Agile team, conducting planning along side senior analyst, working with senior analyst to manage business requirements into technical requirements- Sky Network Services (Sky Broadband), Analysis + Design. The environment required adaptation to a waterfall setting with major projects included working with data warehouse to manage Big Data (Hadoop) and Automating Sky's BT Bill using data modelling, ER and SQL.- Sky Broadcast (Emerging Technologies), Engineering Design + development. Embedded into Sky's profit success and quick delivery of new features lies intricat qualitative research and design of Sky's future technologies. Major project work conducted was research, design engineering and test into Sky's future technologies across all strategic platforms from DTH, Sky OTT platform and Sky UltraHD .
