- Currently focused on application administration across the whole business,managing and overlooking multiple applications used such as MicrosoftEndpoint, Microsoft Office Suite, AWS, SNOW, Slack, Jira and confluence,Monday .com, SCCM, Active Directory, data-dog, Jamf, Zscaler.- Use Microsoft tools such as Intune, Exchange, Sharepoint, Entra/Azure,Teams to configure and deploy both hardware and software solutionsincluding MDM/MAM, conditional access, configuration policies, securitycompliance, SSO, OS deployment and configuration for both Windows andMac, Autopilot, licensing and upgrades.- Responsible for developing, testing, managing and deploying industrystandard enterprise tools while maintaining an appropriate balancebetween security and usability using Microsoft Endpoint tools.- Use Security tools to monitor threats, compliance and general monitoring ofdevices and user activity on Microsoft, Sophos, Admin By Request, ZScaler,Tanium, Admin Droid and Mimecast.- Knowledge in using Python, Powershell, C++, and SQL- Produce reports for various subjects including compliance, user data,tracking, hardware cycle, and costs.- Providing an understanding in hardware, software and tools to help keepbusiness up to date with latest technologies and standards

Assist and support employees with troubleshooting and diagnostics to fix issues regarding software applications and hardware applications. Experience using multiple systems and applications such as Microsoft Azure, Active Directory,Exchange, Service Now, SCCM, AWS, MacOS, WindowsOS, Sophos, Zscaler. Applying knowledge to solve both simple and complex issues around employee devices to allow them to carry on working on their projects. Experience using cloud based platforms to assist and manage devices using system administration tools to ensure devices are compatible and compliant within the cloud space. Also adding users to groups and providing access to different groups they require access to. Assist on hardware knowledge to help with issues regarding hardware components and driver issues that effect the hardware for employees.
