Within our Chase.com mobile/web application that serves over 100m customers, I lead a team of 4 to modernize our software/hardware by migrating our technical stack to new datacenters or to the public cloud (AWS).

Led multiple IT infrastructure efforts in parallel to modernize our technology via Kubernetes, AWS, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, etc. across multiple availability zones and/or regions to ensure high availability for our applications (especially our customer facing apps). Facilitated collaboration with infrastructure/database/hosting team members to create infrastructure design documents, persuade leaders (Managing/Executive Directors) of our direction, and implement on new hosting platforms seamlessly with no disruption to our millions of customers who use our website.Create and manage Kanban boards within Jira to ensure our work/tasks (SDLC) are prioritized and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Within Confluence/Jira I create reports for stakeholders and management to consume so they can track progress in a self served manner. Managed multiple IT integrations simultaneously due to recent acquisitions which increased revenue for the company. Used project management techniques to coordinate and communicate to multiple teams and companies to implement cyber security controls, install applications, drive deadlines, and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leaders on a recurring basis. Led a team of integration specialists in upgrading their current integration software environment and removed 10% of the interfaces from the old system to the new, while managing vendor spend of nearly $600k. Coordinated a project to change the vendor of our disaster recovery site that'll save the company roughly $400k in 5 years.Managed an upgrade of our analytics software that's used enterprise wide. 300+ users were upgraded during this project while we decommissioned the old software.
