Divine Kpe is an Education Specialist and Program Evaluator with a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology and a Master's Degree in Educational Measurement & Evaluation. He has, over the years, contributed to the delivery of quality education in Ghana through innovative teaching, educational research and advocacy, and policy analysis. He has played key consultancy roles on local and international education projects in technical areas like project management, policy research and analysis, research management, and measurement and evaluation. He has featured on various media platforms in and outside Ghana and widely published in the national newspapers contributing his expert opinion on education issues, and holding the Government of Ghana accountable on the delivery of education as a basic right for every Ghanaian child. Divine has been a Speaker/Panelist at high profile national and international events including UNESCO's Feature Season for the 2020 World Teachers Day Celebration. He was an Advisory Board Member of HundrED, a Finnish-based international organization identifying and scaling educational innovations across the globe. His expertise includes; educational assessment, curriculum design, teaching, designing and implementing project monitoring and evaluation system, educational research, advocacy, and media engagement.
