This sped up the feature development process because most of the routine operations became automatic.2) Code review as team process. Each person in the team know that it isn't a just ritual. Jira assigns review ticket to random free developer and sets SLA. The double code review helped us to find problems earlier without involving a QA. So we reduced the QA tasks and improved our code base.3) Flexible working hours based on sprint capacity instead of working time. Every member in team can take a day off without any bureaucratic problems. As Teamlead I manage team use metrics.4) Story delivering as process. When we take new business story to work we know what should each member do. Jira automation and documented workflow help us decompose and make story faster.My role in project was combine my tech expierence and make command processes better based on tech skills.
