1) Supporting the State co-ordinator in day to day field operations on Government of India projects funded by Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC) and National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) to promote Farmers Producer Organizations (FPOs) in blocks of various districts of Uttar Pradesh. 2) Management of baseline survey of villages by Cluster Based Business Organization (CBBO) team to identify the cluster based on criteria fixed for FPO formation.i.e social and economic status, crops and their production, market and linkage. 3) Supporting Backward and forward linkage of farmers for accessibility to get the input and sale of product on optimum price from the market. 4) Collect data, conduct surveys, and prepare reports to assess the impact of interventions and identify areas for improvement. 5) Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project activities and visualizing the data using Business Intelligence tool (PowerBI) ensuring proper understanding within the team. 6) Assist in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to support the organization's activities. 7) Provide supervision and support to volunteers and ensure that their contributions are recognized and valued. 8) Facilitate the adoption of appropriate technologies and innovations to enhance agricultural productivity, improve value chain efficiency, and strengthen FPO operations.

1) Exploring project proposals from diverse networks to identify potential opportunities for project funding or collaboration. 2) Conducted research and gathered data to support project proposals, reports, presentations to stakeholders and funding agencies like -CSR,SFAC,NCDC,NABARD,ICAR and UPDASP. 3) Arrangement and prioritization of documents in order to hire the team for planning, implementation and monitoring of various projects aimed at addressing social, economic, or environmental issues with the society. 4) Built out the data and reporting infrastructure from ground up using MS Excel to provide real time insights in complex data sets and worked cross functionally to formulate data driven improvement plans.
