I currently oversee the daily operations of the client services business unit of a leading global telecommunications provider that connects individuals and business users around the world. I recruit, onboard, lead, train, and mentor a client services team in delivering high-quality and competitive service to a diverse global clientele base. I also cultivate, grow, and sustain new client relationships while growing existing accounts to drive revenue growth and diversify sales pipelines. I am recognized as a go-to resource and trusted business advisor for setting and improving client services strategies. Last year, I led our team in achieving 109% of quota in FY2018 and producing $432K in booked MRR on an initial $399K quota.

I was promoted to manage larger efforts and additional staff. During this time, I enabled the team to produce $353K in booked MRR, thereby exceeding an initial quota of $312K in FY2016. A big focus of my work also centered on developing employee recognition methods to recognize outstanding performances and thus retain top industry talent. In this role, I managed numerous elements within the company’s client services division, including co-developing metrics and strategy plans to continuously boost customer relationship inputs and outputs. I also played a key role in recruiting, onboarding, training, leading, and evaluating staff.

In this role, I managed 100+ named accounts and consistently met or exceeded monthly sales targets, thereby growing revenue across an existing customer base and minimizing churn through active account management.
