- Craft detailed Revit models for architecture and MEPF systems, ensuring accuracy and quality representation.- Create diverse Revit families (geometric, parametric, type catalog, lookup table, Adaptive) for adaptable and customized design elements.- Generate precise and compliant construction documents in Revit for seamless project execution.- Transform architectural and landscape concepts into detailed and visually compelling models using SketchUp.

- Responsible for digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project.- To ensures 3D models, drawings and structural data are hosted in one, accessible place and deliver project information models to clients.- Taking information from multiple Sources and incorporating them into a single computer model which can be used to build and maintain a structure- Liaising with design teams, architects, engineers and project managers- Presenting designs and making amends based on feedback or prototype testing- To ensure that all members of the project team are following the BIM Execution Plan.- Training new team members on BIM processes and maintaining the BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.- Be able to troubleshoot any BIM-related issues that may arise.- Issue Working Drawings- Content creation: Families including parametric, formula, nested and type catalogues data.

- Create initial REVIT Project setup with workflow documents.- Initiate Model for each project and prepare for production team. - Provide BIM/REVIT project kick-off information.- Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.- Over-the-shoulder training, developing and shadowing to staff.- Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
