Currently, I am working as Senior Manager with Development Alternatives Group in New Delhi, wherein I am managing projects in training, capacity building, skill development, livelihood creation and linkages of Uttarakhand and NCR clusters and have around 9+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Skill Development, Women Empowerment, Livelihoods, Employability, Rural Entrepreneurship, Preventive health care with government entities and private sector.

I am managing portfolio of projects in training, capacity building, skill development, livelihood creation and linkages for women and youths. I manage projects, develop implementation strategy, monitor & track project progress, coordinate with stakeholders at various levels, create implementation and marketing strategy, preparing reports and documents (viz. project reports, case studies, one pagers, IEC material, etc.) and organizing periodic meetings with client for project updates periodically.

Worked as Deputy Manager – Development Management Domain, wherein I am handling various projects in training, capacity building and skill development of women and youth. Also, providing support to the trained individuals in placement assistance and setting up their own enterprise through Entrepreneurship training, financial and market linkage and hand holding them for a certain period for efficiently managing their business. I am responsible for project management, implementation, monitoring & tracking, coordinating with stakeholders at various levels. Also, I create implementation strategy, prepare communication documents (viz. project reports, case studies, one pagers, IEC material, etc.) and update client on the project progress periodically to achieve project deliverable within stipulated time frame.

I worked as Project Manager for Project Aashiana, funded by Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India to support and improve the lives of women and their children involved in human trafficking and Target Intervention (HIV AIDS), funded by National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) to aware the female sex workers on AIDS. Under Project Aashiana, I was leading a 6 member team in Jahangirpuri, Delhi to educate the children of such women, make these women functional literate and provide them vocational training so that they can start their own enterprise through SHG’s and lead a normal life. While under Target Intervention, I had worked with over 200 female sex workers (Project target: 1000 female sex workers) to create awareness on detriment effects of improper sex and spread of AIDS.
