• Maintains Users, User Roles, Security, and Profiles• Provides support to Salesforce users in all groups and act as the primary point of contact for end-user support for multiple complex orgs, with hundreds of users• Performs hands on development and maintain business logic using Lighting Flows, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, etc.• Collaborates with various stakeholders, including business, IT and vendor delivery teams to develop the flows, processes and services across the organization• Coordinates with Salesforce Support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance on the platform• Integrating other tools like ZoomInfo, outreach etc. to salesforce for betterment of data maintenance and to automate emails• Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the organization• Troubleshooting problems reported by users• Responsible for all aspects of data maintenance including identifying, cleaning, and preventing ‘bad’ data• Bulk data import or update to salesforce using salesforce connector tool and retrieve data from salesforce• Creating list views and giving access to required user or group of users.• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization• Sandbox environment management• Using leandata automating the routing process and round robin the assignments of leads or contacts or opportunities or accounts
