Senior Software Development Engineer
CurrentI am responsible for end-to-end feature delivery, starting from understanding and analyzing client requirements, participating in architectural discussions, converting business requirements into technical features, and implementing and delivering the features by collaborating with the development and testing teams, leveraging agile methodology. Additionally, I am responsible for fixing bugs, scaling, continuous performance improvement, and maintaining the robustness of the application. My responsibilities include: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that meet business requirements. • Maintain and optimize existing codebase, addressing bugs and implementing enhancements as needed. • Utilize Agile methodologies to plan and execute development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features. • Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the application. • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the project. • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and code review. • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve the development process and enhance product capabilities.
